Write an essay analyzing the following things: introduce the issue. What is it, and what is at stake in the article? What is the author thesis what is he/she hoping to prove? What is the author methodology and what primary or secondary sources does s/he use to prove her/his point? Next, engage in critique. Does the author successfully use his sources to prove his point? Does she succeed in changing ones mind? What areas were weak? What are your critiques of the paper you read? Does the authors use of one source over and against some other source bias her article in some particular way? What would you do to improve the article?
