A project proposal of any sensible topic in finance (mostly preferred on executive compensation). It should be 100-200 words, should be sufficient and must include at least 5 recent academic references no older than 5 years. The proposal should clearly state motivation for the chosen topic and give an indication of the main focus of your writing (i.e. what is the main issue/question under investigation?). At least 5 academic references should be included; these should be recent academic papers from top journals like the journal of finance, journal of financial economics and the review of financial studies.
