Composition

Choose a common human emotion or behavior other than melancholia (for example, happiness, anger, anxiety, laziness, selfishness, generosity), and write an essay in which you explain how a positive emotion or behavior can have negative effects or a negative emotion or behavior can have positive effects. For examples, if you choose happiness, a positive emotion, you might write about lack of awareness of the problems of others as a possible effect. Use examples from your own experience to support your thesis.
