Examine the tension between two or more groups in the US from the 1870s through the 1920s

Your thesis and paper should explain the causes and outcome of any conflicts resulting from the tension. (EXAMPLES: Gender, class, race, social etc)
Pick certain elements and emphasize them such as religion, marriage, society, natives, labor, what people came to which region etc. This will help make a stronger thesis and a more focused paper.
