You may also select a similar article from a professional journal in your field, such as information technology, or in an area of interest, such as working women.
Read the article and identify human resource areas which make the company outstanding or a good employer. Read the article for as much information as possible. You may also want to check the company’s web site.

Write a 1300 word paper identifying human resource issues the company feels are important. Explain the ways the company promotes these issues, and provide your assessment of the real value of these human resource components.
