Internet Security

Write a paper examining the effect that the Internet has placed on information technologies security. Students must research the ramifications and effects the introduction of the Internet has had on organizations security. The paper must present solutions to these problems and discuss how those solutions achieve their goals. For the purposes of this paper, it must be assumed that totally limiting outside access is not an option, and that e-mail, telnet, FTP, and remote login are all desired functions.
