You are required to develop a sustainable Project Plan for a project of choice, which reflects the needs of modern Project Management requirements (i.e. taking into account risk, the project stages and quality review technique). The project may be one you have been or are involved with, or may be taken from a case study of your choice. The submission must include a project schedule showing the duration of the major tasks within the project. The word count for the report is to be in the region of 1500 words and should include all necessary information required to successfully plan the project
