write an essay in which you discuss who you think should be responsible and why, either in whole part, for the problems of poverty and disease in the world.

Requirement:
1. in at least one paragraph you must synthesis material from two article(use evidence from two articles to support one point.)
2. you must draw from at least one of the articles we read in class and at least two from the database. This will be a documented essay, which means that the facts have to come from the sources just stated and that you will cited them in the text and provide a reference page using APA style.
3. you may use ONE, VERY SHORT personal example based on your own experience or your observation for an issue of poverty or disease. It must be in addition to a source-based piece of evidence.
