Academic recommendation letter

Imagine that you are a professor at a university. Your task is to write a letter of recommendation for your student who decided to apply to a summer school. Keep in mind that you should not exaggerate and put the candidate on a pedestal. Also, do not be vague about your recommendation.
To write an academic recommendation letter, make sure it includes the following points:
1. A paragraph or sentence that explains how well you know this student and indicates the duration of your relationship with them.
2. An evaluation of the student and their skills/accomplishments. If it is possible, offer specific examples that illustrate their strengths and qualifications.
3. A summary that explains why you would recommend this student to a particular summer school.
