Milestone Three

As you know, your final project for this course is a paper on the Planning-Organizing-Leading-Controlling facets of one particular company that you have chosen.

You will now complete the third milestone of this paper: using a company of your choice, describe how the company addresses the leading facet of the P-O-L-C framework. Cover at least two components of leading, such as the company’s work teams and motivation. You must locate and incorporate one resource from the Shapiro Library.
