Consult the background materials for this module and the relevant peer-reviewed literature and, after doing so, address the following questions in a 2-3 page paper:

1. Identify and briefly explain the considerations that would potentially guide evaluation planning for the health/social program that you selected in Module 1.

2. Identify and discuss the various stakeholders in your program evaluation and note their respective interests. What negotiations are likely to follow between you (as the evaluator) and these entities?
