For this assignment you are being asked to develop two workout sessions for yourself that includes a warm-up , training, flexibility training g and cool-down. This is two labs in one. One workout can focus s on cardiovascular training g while the other should focus on muscular fitness. Be sure to incorporate the principles of training discussed in class and to provide good detail.
