What are some of the general problems with the Texas judicial system discussed in the handouts, lecture, and in the textbook? ( I will upload all the paper for you) Discuss the selection of judges in Texas; how are they selected and what are the problems associated with the current method of selection? Discuss the implications and problems surrounding this method of selection. What are possible reforms to the selection process and campaign finance? Give options for each.
