Littleton Manufacturing (A) is one of the companies that face diverse problems due to poor communication across the organization. This organization has unclear rules, and regulation governing the employees and organizational structure is not designed well. The company’s communication system from the bottom to the top is poorly done. The greatest challenges are lack of unity, uncoordinated training approaches and poor management change in the organization. Additionally, the organization leaders do not focus on the priorities of the company and supervision is poorly done thus contributing to poor organization performance. The company is not performing well thus damaging its reputation to their customers. The organization faces various problems because of poor communication across the entire organization.
